Amanda

As the eldest of four siblings, I naturally took upon the roles of caregiver and nurturer, weaving a strong bond within my family and community.

The role of caregiver and nurturer has paved the way for me to embrace both empathy and compassion as guiding principles in my life's journey, as well as assisting others in finding their own inner wisdom.

In my practice, I offer both pre and post psychedelic integration coaching. I utilize massage therapy to help clients achieve relaxation & alignment through somatic emotional release. I have earned certifications from the Heart Touch Project in the following areas: Mind-Body Connection: The Science & Practice of Heart Touch as well as the Method in Compassionate and Healing Touch. I have trained with the Upledger Institute International for Craniosacral Massage Therapy.

As certified End of Life Doula, I also have experience facilitating the peaceful transitions of the dying in home and hospice care.
